About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
  • Provide strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians on individualized care plans
  • Work within a transdisciplinary team including occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics
  • Average 26 billable hours per week
  • Focus on clinical care while dedicated staff handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Motor vehicle report review
  • E-Verify participation and right to work in the United States
