  • Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
  • Earn productivity incentives through additional billable hours
  • Earn ABA caseload bonuses based on direct service hours billed and converted within the POD
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans
  • Work within Cortica’s transdisciplinary, holistic care model
  • Focus on clinical care while administrative teams handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Successful motor vehicle report review
  • E-Verify/right-to-work compliance
