About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Provide strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
  • Supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for the client and BT
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians on individualized care plans
  • Participate in a transdisciplinary, multidisciplinary care model
  • Maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
  • Deliver quality-focused, outcome-based ABA care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Motor vehicle report review
  • E-Verify participation/right-to-work compliance
