About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
- Supervise cases and provide clinical care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
- Determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinicians to create individualized care plans
- Participate in a transdisciplinary care model involving occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and other disciplines
- Deliver patient-centered, value-based care focused on outcomes
- Maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
- Develop leadership skills and advance through BCBA levels I–IV
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check
- Successful motor vehicle report review
- Ability to work in The Woodlands, Texas and surrounding areas for the hybrid role
- E-Verify participation/right-to-work requirements
