About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
- Supervise cases and provide clinical care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
- Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans
- Participate in a holistic, multidisciplinary care model with occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and other specialists
- Provide care based on quality, outcomes, and collaborative integrated treatment
- Use telehealth when clinically effective for the client and BT
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check
- Motor vehicle report review
- E-Verify participation/right-to-work eligibility
