About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply legal skills to a career in Legal Tech
- Help law firms generate revenue from AI Paralegal and widen access to justice
- Own the end-to-end implementation experience for new firms, from signed contract through embedded daily usage and live revenue
- Partner with sales throughout the full cycle, before deal close and after
- Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to each firm
- Prepare structured pre-work and conduct half- to full-day onsite sessions for smaller firms
- Conduct follow-up after training and go-live
- Run targeted outreach to help firms reach monthly usage targets
- Handoff settled firms to the engagement team for long-term usage and revenue optimization
- Build and refine implementation processes and training for firms of different sizes
- Provide product and sales feedback on adoption blockers, successes, and product needs
- Manage multiple implementations in parallel
- Improve implementation cycle time without compromising adoption quality
- Work closely with sales, product, support, and engagement teams
- Help shape the AI Paralegal product and client journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Admitted lawyer or legal practitioner with 3+ years of experience
- Consultative style, with a focus on change management over technical configuration
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and on the client side
- Genuine interest in AI and how it is changing professional work
- Curious user of AI; no need to be a builder
- Comfortable engaging with legal professionals in person or by call to understand their workflows
- Comfortable building structure where none exists
- Able to work in an early-stage, fast-moving team
- Sydney or Brisbane based
- Able to work 2 days a week in the office
- Willingness to travel regularly
