About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with lawyers and subject matter experts to understand form structure, required information, rules, dependencies and exceptions
- Configure legal forms using platform configuration tools and established patterns
- Set up form structure, fields, data mappings, validation and conditional behaviour
- Identify platform capability gaps and create actionable tickets describing user needs, limitations and expected behaviour
- Validate complete form experiences, including normal use, missing information, conditional paths, validation and edge cases
- Coordinate subject-matter review and resolve issues before release
- Update configurations when source forms, portal requirements or workflows change
- Investigate reported issues and distinguish configuration problems from software defects
- Resolve issues or provide clear escalations
- Document configuration patterns, decisions, test scenarios and known limitations
- Suggest improvements to tooling, templates and processes for efficient form maintenance
- Apply legal expertise to embedding and formatting legal forms in a LegalTech platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years’ experience working on legal matters, in any area of law
- Familiarity with legal forms, government portals or other rules-heavy professional systems
- Experience with Word document automation software
- Confidence using AI tools as part of day-to-day work
- Methodical approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for enhancing a technical career
- Ability to think outside the box and try novel solutions
- Affinity toward continuous learning
