About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve second-line support cases for LEAP Studio across App Maker and Content Creator using Salesforce, email, and live chat
- Diagnose app issues involving data, connections, and limits, and explain causes in actionable terms
- Call firms and use screen-sharing to resolve issues when appropriate
- Support new firms through their first app build
- Escalate confirmed defects to the development Escalations team with sufficient detail
- Build apps in LEAP Studio to learn and test the product and create templates and worked examples
- Feed recurring questions into documentation and product issues into the backlog
- Help establish case notes, severity definitions, and knowledge articles for the new support function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service experience
- Technical confidence, including understanding APIs, failed calls, rate limits, and logs
- Ability to explain technical concepts accurately and plainly to lawyers and other non-developers
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn by building independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing products
- Enjoys troubleshooting and finding root causes
- Takes ownership of assigned issues
- Learns quickly
- Willingness to become the in-house expert
- Ability to document knowledge and processes
- Experience in legal, accounting, or another professional-services setting is nice to have but not essential
- Familiarity with LEAP is nice to have but not essential
- Exposure to vibe-coding platforms is nice to have but not essential
- Front-end fundamentals—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON—are nice to have but not essential
- Salesforce Service Cloud or another ticketing and incident management system is nice to have but not essential
