About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support all Leaves and Accommodations responsibilities
  • Maintain the LOA system daily
  • Coordinate communications with Leadership and the HR Team
  • Manage the HR and Leaves inbox
  • Respond to employee inquiries and route messages appropriately
  • Provide administrative support to the VP, HR
  • Prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations
  • Help plan and execute team events and training sessions
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership
  • Report directly to the Leaves and Accommodations HRBP

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of experience with Leaves administration
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and local leave entitlements, including ADA, FMLA and other relevant Federal and State-specific regulations
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting an HR Manager or higher within an HR department
  • Professionalism in all communications
  • Discretion and confidentiality with all HR matters and inquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, applications, and communication channels independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and HRIS systems
  • Strong work ethic and proactive approach
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • HR Certification is a bonus
  • Must be available to work during East Coast hours
