About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assemble, commission, maintain, and repair complex machines and systems
- Participate in trials, internal testing, and pilot projects to further develop new generations of machinery
- Independently plan and carry out international service assignments at customer sites
- Provide technical support and perform fault analysis by telephone, remote access, or video connection
- Provide active field feedback to optimize products, processes, and service offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical training, e.g. as a mechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Understanding of control and drive systems
- Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Valid driver's license
- Very good German and English skills
- Independent and service-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and communicate confidently in an international environment
