About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support team growth across Rail, Water, Roads, Nuclear and Defence sectors
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects across the UK’s transportation, water and energy infrastructure
  • Develop construction sequencing, construction programmes, construction methodologies and logistics requirements
  • Produce reports and provide environmental impact assessment support
  • Provide technical input into work winning
  • Support advisory, consultancy, work winning and live complex project delivery schemes
  • Develop and communicate construction challenges, methodologies, sequences and programmes
  • Use PowerPoint for sketching, sequencing and client presentations
  • Use Word to record studies in report format
  • Use Excel to interrogate and manipulate data
  • Produce construction programmes in Primavera P6
  • Communicate advice to clients, designers and stakeholders regarding land, programme durations and construction costs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Educational experience in an engineering discipline, ideally degree qualified to a 2:1 or better
  • Safety passport or similar
  • PowerPoint skills for sketching, sequencing and delivering client presentations
  • Highly competent in Excel for interrogating and manipulating data
  • Proven communication skills and high computer literacy
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
  • Additional technically focused qualifications/training desirable
  • Network Rail and/or TfL rail stations experience desirable
  • Site delivery experience for roles ranging from Section Engineer, Senior Site Engineer to Agent
