About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and influence the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Teams
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to implement the Group SHE Management System
  • Support and, where required, deliver training for the contract team
  • Support Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in delivering Contract Environmental requirements
  • Provide feedback on the performance of Contracts Supply Chain Contractors
  • Support delivery of annual Contract and Group SHE Objectives
  • Engage with the Contract Environmental Assurance programme to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements
  • Support investigation of unplanned events and close out assurance findings
  • Ensure lessons are shared in accordance with the Group SHE Management System
  • Support timely reporting, analysis, and use of Environmental data to support and influence the Contract Leadership Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Environmental related experience
  • Relevant Environmental experience in relevant industry (desirable)
  • Environmental degree or equivalent (desirable)
  • AIEMA or equivalent (desirable)
  • Environment and sustainability modules within course (desirable)
  • PIEMA or equivalent (desirable)
  • Driving required
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom / role locations include Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
