About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain the Schedule Health Check Report and repair errors
- Maintain governance coding and reporting to ensure accurate data
- Code programmes so correct information flows into Power BI reports
- Maintain EWN/Risk registers and report risks and mitigation actions
- Forecast and code SCOs for each project
- Update and manage Purchaser Obligations, including site-specific requirements
- Maintain accurate Level 2 milestone forecasts
- Ensure CS/CEMAR data is represented in programmes and linked to relevant activities
- Manage Stage 1, Stage 2 and Start on Site baselines
- Perform end-of-month reporting checks, including narratives and milestone movements
- Forecast P6 resources, subcontractors and packages using actual data
- Plan resources across civils, M&E and commissioning works
- Assist with estimating demand forecasting, planning and prioritisation
- Maintain SWS coding and procurement schedule coding
- Post time-critical OPI risks to P6
- Assist with planning-related board-pack presentation documents
- Produce weekly site progress reports with photos in collaboration with site teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous P6 understanding and experience
- Previous knowledge of planning activities
- Experience carrying out data analysis
- Good IT literacy with MS Office
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Organised individual able to work within a team and to deadlines
- Minimum of HNC/HND, ideally in a planning discipline, or relevant experience (desirable)
- APM Project Membership (desirable)
- Power BI experience (desirable)
