About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cyclical compensation processes
  • Support and lead compensation and benefits change initiatives
  • Support the design, development and implementation of end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes
  • Line manage and develop a Total Reward Advisor
  • Own reward processes including salary reviews, bonus and job grading
  • Conduct regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support line managers and employees
  • Develop engaging Reward communications through multi-media channels
  • Manage HRIS for Reward, compensation and benefits matters
  • Support accurate reporting requirements including Gender Pay Gap and REMCO
  • Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing and security
  • Contribute to selection and management of third-party suppliers and ongoing vendor management
  • Develop and manage the reward aspect of People policies
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Mentor others in the team and wider HR on reward issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid technical rewards specialist
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong engagement skills
  • Experience in compensation and benefits programmes
  • Experience with salary reviews, bonuses and job grading
  • Experience with salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners
  • Experience developing reward communications through multi-media channels
  • Experience managing HRIS for reward, compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge of reporting requirements such as Gender Pay Gap and REMCO
  • Knowledge of reward process compliance, data processing and security
  • Experience with pension, healthcare and insurance providers and vendor management
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation affecting reward policies
