About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and influence Contract Leadership Team, clients, and other stakeholders on compliance with the SHE Management System and Contract SHE Performance
- Support and, where required, deliver training to enable implementation of the SHE Management System
- Coach and support Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in delivering Contract SHE requirements
- Participate in ongoing assessment of Supply Chain Contractors
- Support delivery of annual Contract and Group SHE Objectives
- Engage with the Contract SHE Assurance programme to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements
- Support investigation of unplanned events and close-out of assurance findings, ensuring lessons are shared
- Support timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data
- Support development and implementation of data-based improvement plans
- Provide and support SHE solutions and enable Contract/Operational Teams to implement the SHE Management System
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while providing an independent and objective view of SHE Performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tech. IOSH or AIEMA or equivalent
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- SHE-related experience
- Available to start in November 2026
- Ability to work night shifts, approximately 7pm to 3am
- Cert IOSH or AIEMA or equivalent (desirable)
- NEBOSH Occupational Safety Diploma or Environmental Diploma or equivalent (desirable)
