Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver diverse creative projects for healthcare-sector clients and the company
Develop brands and design infographics, posters, event materials, and other visual content
Contribute to motion and digital projects, including interactive exhibition materials, video editing, animations, and eLearning modules
Participate in every stage of the project lifecycle from concept development through full production
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to define project scope and objectives
Produce high-quality design materials and provide technical insight and guidance
Support commercial, charitable, and public-sector projects
Communicate project requirements to project teams and address technical queries
Complete projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards
Provide outstanding customer service and build strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients

What you’ll need

A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent)
Highly innovative portfolio
Proven experience working in an agency or commercial environment
Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud
Proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box
Confidence presenting work to internal colleagues and external clients
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
High productivity and flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines
Ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships
