About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a variety of Rare Disease projects alongside project teams
- Take ownership of client projects and provide strategic advice
- Support and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on agreed timelines
- Deliver projects spanning value and access, evidence development, and medical communications
- Contribute to medical activities and events, publications, literature reviews, value materials, and HTA submissions
- Develop innovative approaches for challenges in rare and ultra-rare diseases
- Contribute to long-term client partnerships
- Support business development initiatives
- Lead and contribute to project proposals and pitches
- Identify opportunities to expand work with existing clients
- Explore potential new client accounts
- Build and independently manage a pipeline of work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline, minimum 2.1
- Relevant professional experience delivering projects in an agency/consultancy setting
- Direct experience leading projects related to medical communications, HEOR and/or market access
- Experience working within rare disease indications is beneficial
- Technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful client recommendations
- Strong scientific writing skills
- Ability to tailor content for payers, HCPs, patients, clients, and internal teams
- Experience leading written and verbal client communication
- Ability to adapt to varied communication styles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and written accuracy
- Excellent proficiency in English and numeracy
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and quality deliverables
- Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
