About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work within the team developing and supporting analytics systems with patent pending technology and applications to support in-house audit partners
Design and implement new solutions
Learn new technologies and apply them to the problem space
Peer review software changes by other developers
Provide technical guidance to the team on development
Document specifications, design, features, and operation of applications prior to production rollout
Work collaboratively with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system/technical requirements
Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
0-1 year of industry experience
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Basic understanding of software engineering principles, design principles, performance, and applications that scale
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to execute project deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within estimated timelines
Optimization and tuning of SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
0-1 year experience with scripting languages: VBScript or PowerShell
0-1 year experience with Java or .NET Frameworks
0-1 year experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
0-1 year experience with Microsoft SQL Server
0-1 year experience with PostgreSQL
Basic knowledge and application of SAFe agile practices, preferred
Proficiency working with large data sets
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance
