About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and support scalable analytics and reporting solutions that drive business decision-making
Architect, design, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions using SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Power BI, and Tableau
Drive automation of reporting workflows and data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timely insights
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across data environments and reporting platforms, providing best practice guidance
Identify, communicate, and help resolve data quality and reconciliation issues
Collaborate with internal teams to address reporting questions and client-specific requests
Enhance existing reporting tools and dashboards
Lead development and optimization of complex, client-facing reports supporting strategic analysis
Complete responsibilities outlined in annual performance reviews and/or goal setting
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative/business field
5+ years in analytics, including 3+ years consulting and 3–5 years in data architecture
Experience with Business Objects, Hadoop, Hive, and Python for big data processing and reporting
Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
Skilled in Oracle SQL Developer, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights clearly
Quick to learn new tools, data sets, and business concepts
Effective team player with experience in cross-functional and matrix environments
Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance
Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
