About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as enterprise owner of the People Business Partner function and trusted advisor to senior leadership
  • Define and continuously evolve the global PBP operating model, including role clarity, capabilities, governance, and effectiveness measures
  • Define, approve, and oversee enterprise HR/People and PBP strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to integrate HR/People initiatives into business strategy
  • Drive employee engagement and retention programs
  • Lead change management during organizational changes, restructuring, or growth
  • Partner with People Team leadership on talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles
  • Monitor People metrics and recommend continuous improvements
  • Lead and develop the global PBP organization, including setting goals and performance expectations
  • Coach and guide PBP team members on complex HR/People issues
  • Cultivate innovation and continuous improvement across the team
  • Use data and analytics to measure People initiative effectiveness and identify trends
  • Ensure enterprise-wide compliance, risk mitigation, and ethical application of People practices
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex people, performance, and employee relations matters
  • Prepare and present People metrics reports to senior leadership
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent
  • Complete assigned performance goals, special projects, and other duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in HR business partnering and organizational development
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience operating as an enterprise HR executive with decision-making authority, sound judgment, and influence with C-suite and senior leaders in complex environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience using HR technology and analytics tools for decision-making
  • Deep knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong critical thinking and complex HR problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and drive continuous improvement
  • Required to travel up to 15% per year
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
