About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data, integration requirements, and business processes to design, build, and implement customized solutions for Cleo clients
Become an expert on Cleo Integration Suite solution functionality and implementation procedures
Provide excellent customer service so customers receive value from Cleo solutions
Configure and technically deploy customer solutions accurately, on time, and to specification
Work effectively with team members and other departments to complete projects
Walk clients through their current architecture and proposed new architecture
Use AI to accelerate project delivery by drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation
Use AI coding assistants to generate, debug, and review code snippets
Prompt AI tools to resolve errors, understand APIs, and navigate documentation
Draft technical documents and test cases with AI assistance, validating output before use
Use AI tools across the software lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic understanding of EDI, integration concepts, and data formats
Familiarity with FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S, or similar communication protocols
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and willingness to learn
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) is an advantage
Exposure to Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or other B2B integration platforms
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or retail domains
Basic programming or scripting skills (Java or Python)
Interest in AI and automation technologies
