About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise data solutions and trusted, scalable, secure data products
Lead creation and maintenance of solution architecture and technical design artifacts
Translate business capabilities and requirements into resilient data solutions
Design and implement data products, pipelines, and services supporting operational, analytical, and AI-driven outcomes
Apply DevSecOps principles, automation, and engineering best practices throughout the solution lifecycle
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve design quality, enhance documentation, and automate routine engineering activities
Establish and support data management standards, governance requirements, security controls, and quality practices
Develop scalable, repeatable, and secure data pipelines for dashboards, machine learning models, and exploratory data analysis
Design and build data models in ERD
Prepare and manipulate data; manage data migrations/conversions and troubleshoot processing issues
Deliver functionality iteratively using DevOps tools and concepts
Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Security, business stakeholders, and other areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
Experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise data solutions
Knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Experience with integration designs, data flows, interface specifications, and implementation roadmaps
Experience with modern data platforms, cloud-native technologies, data engineering frameworks, and analytics ecosystems
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, automation, source control, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, security controls, and production support
Experience with data management standards, governance requirements, and data quality practices
Experience developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data pipelines
Experience designing and building data models in Entity Relationships Diagram (ERD)
Experience preparing and manipulating data
Experience managing data migrations/conversions and troubleshooting data processing issues
Experience using DevOps tools and concepts
Experience collaborating to develop standards and best practices for research, analysis, data engineering, and machine learning
