About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end order process, including reviewing contracts, validating pricing, and processing complex orders in CRM and ERP systems
Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success
Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and contract disputes
Identify order-to-cash workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Serve as the escalation point for complex order inquiries
Provide timely and accurate resolutions for internal stakeholders and external customers
Maintain accurate customer and transaction data across systems
Generate reports on order volumes, processing times, and revenue recognition bottlenecks
Train and guide junior order management team members
Ensure team-wide adherence to compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of collections experience, ideally within SaaS, FMCG, or Financial Services industries
Demonstrated history of engaging at a senior sales management level to resolve account issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate confidently and professionally
Proven ability to manage a complex, high-value portfolio independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in a second language is a strong advantage
Hands-on knowledge and practical usage of Oracle and Tesorio highly valued
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
