About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up and operate laminating machinery and related equipment
- Meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production targets
- Maintain a safe, clean, and 5S-compliant workspace
- Complete required production documentation
- Carry out quality checks and adjustments to keep products within specification
- Provide break and holiday cover
- Assist with machine changeovers
- Contribute to continuous improvement, waste-reduction initiatives, and machine optimisation
- Participate in hygiene and compliance audits
- Help with day-to-day organisation
- Train operators where appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience
- Willingness to work a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts, averaging 14 shifts per month
- Proactive, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Can-do attitude and commitment to continual improvement
- Full training will be provided
