About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the signing, activation, maintenance, and termination of partner contracts
- Set up contracts and purchase agreements in internal systems
- Process contract changes such as legal entity updates, address changes, mergers, acquisitions, and affiliate additions
- Manage product and discount associations for partners
- Provide support to business stakeholders on contract processes and procedures
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other support teams to resolve contract-related cases
- Prepare standard contract templates and business communications
- Extract and analyse contract and partner data for reporting purposes
- Prepare regular status and volume reports
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, confidentiality, and audit requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, back-office, procurement, shared services, or commercial support
- Advanced English – mandatory
- Advanced Spanish – mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills, especially when working with deadlines and high volumes
- Good Excel skills and experience with CRM, ticketing, or database systems
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and with international teams
