Prepare for and execute a sponsor-backed exit
Support a midsize company through M&A and diligence
Provide hands-on interim finance leadership
Begin part-time and ramp to full-time through Q1
Work remotely with periodic travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Direct experience preparing for and executing a sponsor-backed exit
SaaS finance experience within a PE-backed environment
Experience supporting midsize companies through M&A and diligence
Hands-on finance leadership experience with the ability to execute independently and partner with senior leadership
Availability to start quickly, increase hours, and travel as needed
Preferred: VP of Finance or comparable senior finance leadership experience
Preferred: Experience providing interim finance leadership during a transaction
