About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with leaders throughout the organization
  • Perform education audits
  • Provide education trends and identify education needs
  • Train and educate end-users across the Revenue Cycle, including computer system training and other Revenue Cycle-related content
  • Share education duties including classroom instruction and credentialing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • 2 years of formal training or leadership experience
  • Ability to think critically and apply analytical and reasoning skills in problem solving
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive, service-oriented relationships with leaders and co-workers at all levels while demonstrating Partners Values
  • Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum
  • Strong commitment to the success of students and co-workers at all levels
