About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in construction estimating, project coordination, account management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
  • Ability to read construction plans and specifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project management systems
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
