About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze requirements and develop test cases and test concepts based on them
- Perform manual and automated testing and document results accurately
- Support acceptance testing directly at customer sites
- Guide specialist departments through the introduction of new systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing strategy
- Bring forward new ideas for quality assurance
- Work closely with Business Analysts, developers, and specialist departments
- Ensure that software solutions are implemented with functional accuracy and in compliance with banking requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as a bank clerk or several years of experience in the banking sector
- Interest in IT and a willingness to contribute banking expertise to software projects
- Alternatively, experience as a software tester in the banking environment
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
- Experience with testing tools such as Jira, Confluence, aqua, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, or FitNesse is an advantage
- Structured and quality-conscious approach to work
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
