Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current qualification in Training and Assessment, Vocational Education and Training or adult education at Diploma level or higher (e.g. Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or higher)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training and tutorials in face-to-face, online and/or blended learning environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a student-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
  • Satisfactory pre-employment checks, which may include a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check where applicable
  • May be required to demonstrate that they meet the “fit and proper person” criteria under applicable legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Candidates must hold the full rights to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available
