About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality training, tutorials and student support within the Diploma of Project Management
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences
- Provide academic guidance and consultation
- Assess student competency
- Contribute to positive educational outcomes aligned with contemporary industry practices and national training standards
- Support diverse learners in developing project management skills, knowledge and confidence for workplace application
- Deliver and assess training through face-to-face, online and/or blended learning environments

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current vocational qualification in Project Management at Diploma level or higher
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult or vocational education
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective Project Management training and tutorials through face-to-face, online and/or blended learning environments
- Current industry experience in project management
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary project management principles, methodologies and practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a student-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
- Satisfactory pre-employment checks, which may include a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check where applicable
- May be required to demonstrate “fit and proper person” criteria under applicable legislation and regulatory frameworks, including ASQA requirements where relevant
- Must hold full rights to work in Australia
- Current CV or resume and a 1–2 page cover letter required
