Build and run crackerJCK’s SEO and GEO strategy for its Webflow website
Research keywords, questions, and AI prompts used by ideal clients and turn them into content plans and briefs
Optimize blog posts and pages, including structure, metadata, schema, internal links, and AI-readable formatting
Earn high-quality backlinks, brand mentions, and trusted-site listings through ethical outreach and digital PR
Fix technical SEO issues in Webflow, including indexing, redirects, site speed, and CMS setup
Track crackerJCK’s visibility in Google results and AI answers and report performance
Attribute every organic and AI-search lead to its source
Define a monthly scope with the company and own execution
Work directly with the founder to grow the agency’s organic presence and generate real leads

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrable results
Comfortable with Google Search Console, GA4, and tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush
Understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and schema markup
Experience improving visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini
Understanding of how AI tools find, summarize, and cite content
Experience building quality backlinks without spammy shortcuts
Ability to distinguish beneficial backlinks from harmful ones
Ability to work in Webflow CMS without needing a developer
Experience with a similar CMS and ability to learn quickly accepted
Experience with B2B, agency, or lead generation SEO preferred
Strong writing or editing skills; blog writing open to discussion, not required
Experience setting up lead tracking with UTMs or form fields
Uses AI tools daily and keeps learning new ones
Explains thinking clearly and in plain language
Takes ownership and proactively identifies next steps
Comfortable working asynchronously with a US-based team
Must provide an example of a site helped grow through SEO or AI search and explain the work performed
