About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Prepare standard financial reports and maintain organized records
Support internal and external audit requests through data compilation and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within a corporate environment
Experience with accounting systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Proficiency in accounting systems and spreadsheet tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving transaction discrepancies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders
English language fluency required
