About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and maintain claim files and supporting documentation
  • Input and update claim information into internal systems accurately
  • Handle routine correspondence and follow-up requests related to claims status
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up tasks for claims staff
  • Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • English language fluency required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior administrative experience in insurance, claims, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with document management and data entry systems desirable
  • Attention to detail in data entry and documentation management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions
  • No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations required
