About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with leadership teams of two product lines
  • Provide financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support
  • Own financial forecasts, business outlooks, annual budgets, and recurring planning activities
  • Establish budgeting processes and a consistent financial management cadence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 7–10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance required
  • Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise
  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with financial planning tools (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan)
  • Executive communication and presentation development
  • Ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Performance management and KPI design
  • Workforce planning and expense management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools
  • English language fluency required
