Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • English language fluency required
  • 2–4 years of relevant claims handling experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance principles
  • Experience with claims management systems and standard office software
  • Appropriate state adjuster license(s) required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis
  • Claims investigation and evaluation skills
  • Negotiation and settlement proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in claims systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Customer service orientation with attention to detail
