Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial data analysis and market trends
  • Oversee consolidation of financial results and monitor performance against key metrics and targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressively senior financial planning and analysis experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing financial strategies at a corporate or divisional level
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and business performance drivers
  • Expertise in budget planning, scenario analysis, and variance reporting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functionality
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights
  • English language fluency required
  • MBA or related field strongly preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • CFA designation is an advantage
