Requirements

What you’ll need
  • English language fluency required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive underwriting experience in property, casualty, or specialty lines
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex accounts
  • Proven track record of advising underwriting teams and influencing strategic risk decisions
  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and insurance rating methodologies
  • Advanced risk assessment and policy analysis skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in underwriting systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Leadership ability to mentor and guide diverse underwriting teams
