Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales
  • 4+ years in a front-line leadership role
  • Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, including CRM, BPM, ERP, EPM, low-code/no-code, e-commerce, BI, CX, XM, HCM, supply chain management, or marketing automation
  • Strong track record of effective people management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience selling to large enterprises across industries
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and large, complex deals
  • Comfort operating in multi-channel, multi-product enterprise sales environments
  • Sharp understanding of key market and industry trends
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets
  • Strong personal network within the region
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and genuinely passionate about sales
  • Experience thriving in a remote-first environment
