About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for technology and drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements
