About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the operational workflow with partners, primarily during the legal review stage
- Review documentation and monitor processes
- Identify when intervention is needed to ensure workflow efficiency and increase contract issuance
- Serve as a point of support for junior professionals by providing guidance and assistance
- Identify opportunities to improve the operational workflow
- Share best practices with the team
- Plan the daily routine, including portfolio rotation, document follow-up, CRM updates, and email inbox monitoring
- Ensure that requests received by email are completed within the SLA
- Ensure the planned processes are issued, or redirect efforts when necessary
- Improve internal materials, workflows, and departmental procedures
- Support training sessions and presentations on operational workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Be an expert in at least one partner bank and have knowledge of one or more additional partner banks
- Work independently in day-to-day activities
- Support and guide junior professionals
- Differentiate and prioritize tasks according to their urgency and impact
- Ensure deadlines are met and processes continue to progress
