Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the operational workflow with partners, particularly during the legal review stage
- Review documentation and monitor processes
- Identify actions needed to streamline the workflow and increase contract issuance
- Serve as a technical reference for the team and support leadership
- Provide guidance to Mid-Level Real Estate Credit Analysts
- Implement improvements and promote best practices across operational processes
- Support management with area reports and performance results
- Encourage the use of corporate tools, internal programs, and established processes
- Represent the team and contribute to the alignment and dissemination of information
