About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively contribute to managing the company’s overall performance
- Oversee the production of financial and HR indicators in collaboration with Human Resources
- Ensure data reliability and act as a business partner to senior management
- Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare cash flow forecasts
- Lead payroll cost and headcount projections
- Ensure the reliability of management accounting related to securities custody and account keeping
- Design, optimize, and automate management control tools and procedures
- Produce reports for senior management
- Analyze profitability by product, client, and business line
- Provide financial input and ROI-based approaches for cross-functional and strategic projects
- Participate in Group and principal-related activities
- Implement the company’s strategy within the assigned scope
- Manage the human, technical, and budgetary resources within the assigned scope
- Support, motivate, and develop a team of four employees
- Foster collaboration, trust, and cross-functional cooperation across different business areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in finance, management control, or from a business school
- Significant, proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in management control
- Successful management experience
- Expertise in management control
- Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial analysis
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Autonomous and proactive approach
- Strong analytical and summarization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a consultative approach when working with operational management and governance bodies
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the various departments of CA Titres and the Group
- Advanced proficiency in decision-support tools (BI, ERP) and Excel
- Interest in performance management tools and Data/AI topics
- Willingness to travel for business
