About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leverage existing banking relationships to open doors and generate new enterprise opportunities
  • Identify, research and target strategic accounts and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Develop account strategies to engage key decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and contract execution
  • Lead consultative discussions and tailored presentations demonstrating commercial value
  • Navigate complex buying groups across executive leadership, procurement, risk, legal and technology
  • Develop proposals and business cases aligned to customer needs
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure enterprise agreements with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain momentum across long sales cycles and drive deals through to close
  • Partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal to shape enterprise customer solutions
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce
  • Work with leadership to progress strategic opportunities and deliver against new business targets
  • Report directly to the General Manager, Enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven enterprise hunter with a strong track record of winning new logos and closing complex deals
  • Established relationships across banking, with the ability to turn them into commercial opportunities
  • Experience selling SaaS, fintech, data or technology solutions into enterprise customers
  • Commercially sharp, resilient and comfortable managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
