About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Monitoring, Debtor Management and DebtorLogic
  • Build new AI-led products within the core Manage product domain
  • Translate market, customer and business insights into product direction and prioritised initiatives
  • Balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes
  • Lead, mentor and develop AI Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Provide direction, coaching and support for product discovery and delivery
  • Build product management practices and continuous improvement across the team
  • Lead delivery teams against the roadmap, driving prioritisation and removing blockers
  • Oversee day-to-day product delivery, timely releases and realised value
  • Partner with Engineering and Design on scalable, maintainable product solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and business cases
  • Communicate product goals, progress and trade-offs across teams
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure success and optimise outcomes
  • Synthesise customer feedback, market trends and performance data into actionable insights
  • Report to the GM, Product
  • Manage one direct report and mentor or lead the Manage triad

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience owning and scaling AI/ML-powered products, including generative AI, predictive models or decisioning systems
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, training data, evaluation metrics, limitations and risks
  • Proven track record defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for technology or SaaS platforms
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and align teams
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights and clear business cases
  • Results-driven mindset balancing user value with commercial outcomes
  • Strong delivery leadership, including prioritisation, dependency management and release execution
  • Ability to use market and customer insights to design and scale AI-enabled user experiences, automation, recommendations and human-in-the-loop workflows
