About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the control and updating of card inventory with EPS providers and stores.
- Monitor inventory levels, consumption, and card replenishment needs.
- Support inventories, audits, and validations related to card inventory.
- Monitor card production and availability with EPS providers.
- Support the validation of EPS billing related to cards and statements.
- Perform checklists and validate card and statement cutoff cycles.
- Identify, record, and follow up on operational discrepancies with EPS providers.
- Support internal teams with operational requests related to cards and statements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Experience with operational or administrative processes related to cards, statements, or payment methods.
- Knowledge of card and statement operational processes.
- Knowledge of card inventory control, stocktaking, and replenishment.
- Knowledge of vendor/EPS management and SLA controls.
- Knowledge of physical and digital statement processing and validation.
- Experience with inventory control and vendor management is a plus.
- Experience with statement processing or validation is a plus.
- Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.
