About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend policies and actions for managing the credit portfolio in alignment with the organization’s business objectives
- Oversee the implementation of policies and actions in collaboration with the Business and Technology teams
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the results of implemented policies and actions
- Conduct credit portfolio studies to identify business opportunities and ways to control delinquency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Extensive experience with credit policies, preferably in retail or financial institutions
- Postgraduate degree in one of these or a related field
- Knowledge of indicators used in credit risk management
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Python
