About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and consolidate the company’s management income statement (P&L)
Conduct analyses of financial results, profitability, revenue, costs, and expenses
Coordinate and monitor the annual budgeting process and forecast revisions
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections
Lead financial studies and feasibility analyses for new products, projects, and partnerships
Identify financial variances and propose corrective actions and improvement opportunities
Develop performance indicators and monitor financial KPIs
Prepare executive presentations for the Board of Directors and management forums with partners
Support business areas in analyzing results and making decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports in Power BI
Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL
Ensure the quality, governance, and consistency of financial information
Act as a strategic partner to internal teams and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Extensive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, or related areas
Strong experience preparing, analyzing, and monitoring income statements (P&L)
Experience leading Budget, Forecast, and Long-Term Planning processes
Experience preparing financial studies, conducting economic feasibility analyses, and developing business cases
Experience working with business areas, senior leadership, and external partners
Experience developing and presenting executive materials for management and decision-making
Experience analyzing financial and operational performance indicators
Experience in financial services companies, fintechs, financial institutions, or retail is preferred
