About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT software, hardware, and services
  • Optimize supplier performance, cost, quality, and risk
  • Lead end-to-end RFX activities, including supplier evaluation, selection, and contract award recommendations
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT agreements, including software licensing, hardware purchases, MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Build partnerships with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and suppliers
  • Ensure timely delivery of procurement objectives and business outcomes
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and process improvement opportunities
  • Support procurement governance, compliance, and supplier performance management
  • Perform additional duties or assignments designated by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or another analytical discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or supplier management experience focused on IT software, hardware, and/or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships from the customer perspective
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and achieve results without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations
  • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company
  • Preferred: Experience managing the full RFX process
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Business Network (Ariba), or similar procurement technologies
  • Preferred: Experience negotiating and managing SaaS agreements, IT service agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and software licensing contracts
  • Preferred: Familiarity with contract provisions related to intellectual property, commercial terms, data privacy, and technology services
  • Preferred: Experience developing procurement dashboards, reporting tools, or supplier performance metrics
