Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer, support, and continuously improve Cresa’s Salesforce platform
  • Serve as a key connection between business users and technical resources
  • Provide user support and service
  • Perform Salesforce administration, reporting, training, testing, and configuration
  • Resolve issues and implement platform enhancements
  • Maintain the Salesforce platform and drive user adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years Salesforce experience
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, security, and automation
  • Experience training and supporting end users and troubleshooting Salesforce issues
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, training, and customer service skills
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience with Flow and other Salesforce automation tools preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce developers, consultants, or managed services partners preferred
